Gives a lot of insights into retail business and how the Future Group became what it kkishore today. However much space is wasted in the book praising the author again and again. This makes it an interesting reading as we get multiple viewpoints on a story. This is one of the best autobiographies i have read till date and is a compelling read throughout. Jappened for telling us about the problem. But the how a man managed to establish modern retail in India where retailing was largely disorganised and lacked any success story to imitate?
